Jumping in late here - when OA causes a problem on a computer, there are generally a couple of reasons:

1. Incorrect permissions on a file (e.g. blocking something that is meant to be allowed)

2. Conflict of some kind with other security software (or its renmants)

3. Something else (did you do an upgrade install or a clean install?)

Catprincess asked to try the trusted install, so that we could rule out (1).

Please take a look in your history in OA, and your settings to make sure that the programs on your computer are trusted.

Sometimes new versions of software will cause problems for some users Sorry that you have been affected, and we will try to get to the bottom of it as soon as possible.
