Default Getting Support

Hi Everyone,

If you need to contact Tall Emu about something that is not directly related to support, I request that you please use the Contact form, located on our website here:

Please do not send me a Private Message - if you do only I will be able to read and act on it. I'm quite often out of the office, interstate or in meetings (or just plain busy )

Messages sent through the support form will get the fastest response as any of the guys will be able to see it and respond.

Of course - first port of call should be the forums

Default OA Will not take my license.

Hi Mike
I guess you can see by my posts that I have tried everything that was suggested to me but I still haven't had any luck in registering my license.
I purchased a 2 year subscription on Fri.14 Mar 2008.
I have sent a post stating what I have done several times with no result.
I was told to sent you my license number to see if you can help me out with this.
My License is :

Hi Robert,

Are you typing your license key in? If so, you might want to copy and paste (let me know if you're not familiar with the copy and paste operation - many people are, but I try not to make assumptions).

When you copy and paste, please also ensure that you haven't accidentally pasted in a blank space at the beginning or end; this is probably the most common reason that license keys fail. You can help to avoid this by selecting the key from right to left instead of the other way around.

If that fails, could you please try installing the new Online Armor version 3 beta? You can download it from here: http://www.tallemu.com/downloads.html
Note the two tabs at the top, just under the "Downloads" header. You will want to make sure to click the "Online Armor V3 (Beta Version)" tab.

Could you tell me if Mike did anything to make the registering work this time? Thanks very much for your help.
I copied and pasted the license and it worked.I did exactly as you said in your post before and got all the errors 4 or 5 times(go figure).
One more question. How do I end a post to let people know that I have my problem solved?
