Why doesn't my OA update to the latest version?

Once we release a new version we will usually release to the website first, for those that don't want to wait. Then auto-updates are rolled out slowly, rather than all at once. This helps to prevent overloading our servers, and if something happens (i.e., a problem is found) then we can stop the update before it affects everyone. So if you have a version that is not the latest available for download, then you can either simply wait for a while or download and install the latest from our website. If you choose to download the latest from our website then you can choose "Upgrade" during the installation process to install the program while retaining all of your current settings.
